Are you ready to take the next step in your legal career? My client is looking for a talented Assistant Fee Earner (Grade B) to join their growing Serious Injury team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value, complex personal injury cases (including RTA claims worth £150,000+) while developing your own caseload and gaining exposure to some of the most interesting and rewarding cases in the sector.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting a lead Fee Earner on catastrophic injury cases.
• Managing your own smaller caseload.
• Drafting key legal documents, statements, and schedules of loss.
• Working closely with medical experts, case managers, counsel, and clients.
• Securing interim payments, rehabilitation, and the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Building strong client relationships with regular communication and face-to-face meetings.
• Supporting business development through articles, networking, and industry events.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Solicitor, Fellow of CILEx, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in serious injury / high-value personal injury claims.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage competing deadlines.
• Passionate about client care and achieving the best results.
