Assistant Finance Accountant

Must have’s

* GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade 5 or above, or equivalent

* Good attention to detail

* Confident communication skills

* Willingness to learn and develop

* Good organisational skills

* Ability to work well as part of a team

Nice to have’s

* An interest in finance, accounting or insurance

* Experience using Microsoft Office

* Some previous office or finance experience would be beneficial

So, what will you be doing?

* Supporting the team with journals and balance sheet reconciliations

* Helping with invoices and cashbook tasks

* Assisting with cashflow forecasts

* Supporting investment and foreign exchange administration

* Running reports for the wider team

* Helping prepare presentations and financial documents

* Assisting with financial statements

* Supporting general accounting and finance requests

* Working with colleagues across the finance team and gaining experience in different areas
