Our client is looking for a progressive, ambitious candidate to join their thriving finance team. The client will support study and also expose the successful applicant to further learning and mentorship by a talented Manager.

The role will involve taking control of overhead lines on the P&L relating to different costs. Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in providing financial business partnering to the Operations to ensure their strategic and operational financial goals are delivered.

• Create and present budget/ quarterly forecasts

• Ensure all costs are accounted for

• Financial analysis & modelling

• Assist completion of month end

• Monitoring and reporting of commercial issues

• Assist cost and expenditure planning

• Support cost management

• Analyse cost performance data

The ideal candidate will have a good academic background and be studying for an ACCA or CIMA qualification. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships is essential. Good Excel skills and general IT prowess is essential.
