Job Description - Assistant Finance Business Partner

The Company

Axon Moore is partnering with a fast growing, FMCG business in South Manchester. Due to continued growth they require a commercially astute individual with strong Excel skills to join their exciting team.

I have worked with this business a number of times over the years and I can really vouch for the progression opportunities and development they offer... especially for an ambitious Part Qualified individual.

Salary – Circa £37,000

Location – South Manchester

Hybrid – 3 days in 2 working from home.

Responsibilities will include:

Support the production of monthly management accounts and KPIs with meaningful variance commentary.
Complete analysis of accruals workings, journal postings and balance sheet reconciliations.
Providing quality financial information to assist Operations budget holders to make informed business decisions whilst driving the business to deliver strategic objectives.
Provide accurate and timely management reporting to assist business stakeholders.

Person Specification:

strong Excel skills.
ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified
Broad experience of using standard accounting/ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Sage, etc.
Extensive experience in financial reconciliations and management reporting
Experience of business partnering within a professional work environment.
