We're working with a well established manufacturing business in search of a driven and ambitious Assistant Finance Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified accountant looking to step into a commercially focused role and take their career to the next level.

The Role:

• Play a key role in the financial planning cycle, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes.
• Focus on analysing material costs, production volumes, margin reconciliation, and internal transfers to provide valuable insight into operational performance.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across supply chain, operations, and finance to highlight performance variances, identify risks and opportunities, and support decision-making.
• Assist in calculating cost prices for finished goods, contribute to monthly reporting packs, and support the accuracy of accruals and journal entries.
• Help deliver clear, data-driven insights that influence strategic planning and drive financial performance.

What We're Looking For:

• Part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA)
• A degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with large, complex data sets
• Analytical mindset with a high attention to detail
• A confident communicator who can present data in a meaningful way
• Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset
