We're on the lookout for a driven, ambitious Assistant Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic finance team. You'll play a key role in supporting our commercial teams as they deliver exciting projects and game-changing results across a portfolio of iconic brands enjoyed worldwide.

• Driving smarter ways of working - streamlining processes, sharpening reporting, and keeping us one step ahead.

• Building strong relationships across teams - becoming the go-to finance partner for commercial colleagues.

• Creating accurate, insightful reports that influence real business decisions.

• Supporting with budgets, forecasts, and analysis - helping us understand the story behind the numbers.

• Owning key financial processes like accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.

• Preparing information for audits and managing customer discounts.

• Keeping deadlines in check while delivering top-quality work.

Every day will be different - some days you'll be deep in the data, and others you'll be working directly with stakeholders to drive real impact.

• You're currently studying CIMA (or planning to) or have finished your AAT and are hungry for more.

• You've already got some finance experience - ideally in a business partner role.

• You're analytical, curious, and love solving problems.

• You're confident with Excel (think pivots, look-ups, formulas).

• You're bold enough to speak up, challenge, and bring fresh ideas.
