Our client is establishing a brand-new Shared Service Centre (SSC) in Cardiff and is seeking talented finance professionals to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute month-end close procedures for Intercompany transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Perform Balance Sheet and Revenue reconciliations at both entity and service line levels, collaborating closely with the FP&A team for validation.

• Close sub-ledgers, process accruals and reclassifications, regulate provisions, settle VAT, control payroll, and reconcile accounts.

• Oversee month-end close activities for Travel & Expenses, including reconciliation and reporting.

• Manage Fixed Assets & Leasing month-end close processes, including depreciation runs and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Maintain the Fixed Assets register, ensuring accurate records that contribute to reliable financial reporting.

About You:

• Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience.

• Previous experience in a financial accounting role, preferably within a shared service centre or multinational environment.

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.

• Proficient in accounting systems and Excel, with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
