What You'll Be Doing:

As the Assistant Finance Controller, you'll be at the core of financial control and reporting. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading month-end processes and preparing financial statements
• Ensuring compliance across operations, including US GAAP and SOX standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise financial processes
• Mentoring junior staff and fostering a high-performance culture
• Delivering insights that support data-driven decisions and drive improvement

What We're Looking For:

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience
• Solid understanding of financial controls, audits, and reporting frameworks
• Expertise in US GAAP and SOX compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A team player with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
