Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

• Good people management skills, including setting personal objectives/feedback
• Have good written and verbal communication skills 
• Be willing to embrace central initiatives in menu development, procedures & budgeting 
• Have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Have a track record of developing the catering offer and achieving performance targets
• As a assistant food & beverage manager you will Hold City and Guilds level 2/3 or equivalent
• Have some knowledge of all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety compliance
• Have good IT skills, previous experience with catering management systems an advantage
