Food & Beverage Manager position could be for you.
We're looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager/ess to join

our

team at the Pendulum Hotel and Manchester Conference Centre. This role will be supporting our

food and beverage services, including

our

bar, restaurants, and conference/ events

facilities . We are a busy Conference and Events driven venue and require someone with experience in this area.
Please note: This is a full-time permanent role, you'll be working 40 hours per week 5 in 7 days.
Duties
Delivering

exceptional

customer service.
Day to day

management

and

operation
Managing and

support

the team
Standards of procedure are carried out in relation to stock, health and safety and all

operational

procedures
Setting budgets
Increase sales and conversions within the department
Build strong

relationships

with guest, clients, team and wider teams
The successful candidate will have previous supervisor/ management

experience within a hotel and/or conference and events

environment . You will be an excellent

communicator ,

comfortable

relating to a range of clients so that you can deliver great service. You'll be

comfortable

with working using your own

initiative , and able to motivate your team to achieve their personal and company goals.
