We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and proactive Assistant - Founders’ Office to support our Founders and Chief of Staff in driving the strategic vision and operations of Apogee Ventures LLC. This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and execution of high-priority initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Tasks
Executive Support: Manage the Founders’ schedules, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel with precision and efficiency, while supporting the Chief of Staff in operational tasks.
Communication Hub: Serve as a key point of contact between the Founders, Chief of Staff, and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
Project Coordination: Assist the Chief of Staff in managing key projects, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment with the Founders’ strategic priorities across investments, philanthropy, and operations.
Research & Insights: Conduct research on market trends, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives, preparing concise briefings for the Founders and Chief of Staff.
Event Management: Organize high-level meetings, board sessions, and events, ensuring flawless execution and attention to detail.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in an executive assistant, administrative, or similar role, ideally in a family office, venture capital, or tech-driven environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion.
