ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

My client is a well-established national company with over 200 stores across the UK. They are currently seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead their flagship store in Manchester.

The Package

• Salary: £30,000

The Role

As an Assistant General Manager, you will help with ownership of the store’s performance and day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervise department managers and team leads.

• Assist in managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

• Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions.

• Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating employees.

• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

• Act as General Manager in their absence.
