We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) who is passionate about managing high-end hospitality environments and delivering outstanding customer service.

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and service to meet customer expectations.
• Manage and train staff to uphold our service standards and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies to ensure the bar and restaurant are well-stocked.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement effective business strategies and improve service delivery.

• Proven experience in managing high-end bars and restaurants.
• Strong leadership and management skills, capable of motivating and leading a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Must have eligibility to work in the UK.
