We are working on behalf of a lovely special based in South Bristol that are looking for an educational leader who has a passion for supporting student's personal development and academic success.

The school look after a range of special needs & disabilities for ages 4-16. They are a vibrant school community that are going through an exciting period of growth at the moment.

The role

This role is incredibly varied but will have a big focus on promoting positive behaviour and creating a learning environment that fosters engagement and achievement. You will work closely with staff, students, and families to implement effective strategies that support individual needs and contribute to the school’s wider goals. Experience in a special school environment is preferential but the school are open to a wide range of applications. Due to this role being a SLT position, it is essential that you have had some form of senior role experience within a school environment.
