Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the EYFS/Reception team, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
• Develop and implement innovative and effective curriculum plans.
• Monitor and evaluate pupil progress, providing support and intervention where necessary.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Work closely with parents, carers, and the wider community to support pupil development.
• Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the school as part of the senior leadership team.

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in EYFS/Reception.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and best practices in early childhood education.
