Your new role
We are looking to appoint a determined and dynamic individual, committed to driving up standards in Assistant Headteacher. To be successful in this role you will be;

• Providing dynamic leadership across key areas such as pastoral care, academic departments, or strategic initiatives, demonstrating independence and proactive decision-making.
• Enhancing educational quality through creative curriculum design, effective assessment strategies, and professional growth opportunities for staff.
• Taking a lead role in safeguarding and inclusion, ensuring all students feel recognisd, supported, and secure.
• Supporting the academic success, personal growth, and well-being of every student, with a strong focus on those facing disadvantage or vulnerability.
• Spearheading school improvement efforts by establishing and refining systems, policies, and practices that deliver lasting positive outcomes.
