Assistant HR Manager

Portfolio HR & Reward are currently partnered with a well-established, and reputable professional services organisation, who due to continued growth are organically recruiting for a Assistant HR Manager to work within a collaborative HR function.

Duties & Responsibilities

Partnering with managers, directors, and partners to provide pragmatic, people-focused advice and support across a range of people matters.
Supporting and advising on employee relations cases, including providing guidance on case management, outcomes and recommendations in line with firm policies and best practice.
Delivering regional people initiatives and operational people plans that align with broader firm-wide objectives.
Leading and contributing to key People Experience projects, driving improvements to employee experience and people processes.
Building strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple offices and levels of the organisation.
Line managing, coaching and developing a Trainee Advisor, supporting their professional growth and development.
Supporting regional leadership teams to understand local people priorities and challenges, while ensuring a consistent approach to people practices across the firm.
Driving firm-wide best practice, balancing organisational priorities with the specific needs of regional teams and microcultures.
Using people data and insights to identify trends, inform decision-making and support the delivery of people-focused solutions.

What's in it for you?
