About Us:
We’re one of South West London’s leading independent estate agencies, known for our expert local knowledge, honest advice, and a strong reputation built on results. Our Raynes Park office is one of our busiest and most successful branches, and we’re now looking for an ambitious and experienced Assistant Lettings Manager to help drive growth and support the Lettings Manager in leading the team.
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Lettings Negotiator or current Assistant Manager looking to take the next step. You’ll play a key part in managing day-to-day lettings operations, mentoring negotiators, winning instructions, and ensuring service standards stay top-notch.
Your Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and motivating the lettings team to hit and exceed targets
Carry out valuations and win new instructions
Drive new business through networking and relationship building
Support the Lettings Manager with staff training and performance reviews
Ensure all tenancies are compliant with current legislation
Deliver a first-class customer experience to landlords and tenants alike

What We’re Looking For:

A strong background in residential lettings, ideally with experience in a senior role
Target-driven with a proven track record of success
Excellent local market knowledge of Raynes Park and surrounding areas
Confident valuer with the ability to win business and build rapport
Professional, proactive, and highly organised
Full UK driving licence
