The Opportunity:

Our client, a highly respected and locally dominant estate and lettings agency in NW5, is seeking an Assistant Lettings Manager with ambition, drive and a long-term vision.
This is a pivotal stepping-stone role for someone who wants to grow into a Lettings Manager position in the near future. You’ll play a hands-on role in growing the portfolio, winning new business, and delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Company Directors in daily operations and strategic growth
• Support in staff mentoring and performance oversight
• Generate and convert new business opportunities
• Conduct valuations and win instructions
• Manage landlord relationships with professionalism and care
• Help deliver monthly KPIs and sales targets
• Represent the brand with energy, ambition, and high standards

The Ideal Candidate:

• ARLA-qualified or working towards it
• Proven success in a busy lettings environment
• Excellent understanding of the lettings process and compliance
• Strong local knowledge of Kentish Town and surrounding areas is a plus
• High-energy, people-first attitude with natural leadership qualities
