Assistant Litigation Controller Part Time

RECfinancial are currently working with our client to recruit a Part Time Assistant Litigation Administrator.

This opportunity is commutable from all areas of Leicestershire, along parts of Nottinghamshire.

The role:

Managing customer accounts through the litigation and legal recovery process.
Preparing and maintaining legal documentation and account records.
Liaising with external enforcement agents and other third-party partners.
Maintaining accurate ledger balances and bad debt provisions.
Processing insurance and insolvency claims in accordance with company policies.
Responding to customer and stakeholder enquiries via telephone and email.
Handling complex and sensitive customer cases, including supporting vulnerable customers.
Processing invoices and associated documentation to ensure timely payment.
Attending court hearings where required to support legal proceedings.
Ensuring all work is completed in line with relevant legislation, company policies, and service standards.Required experience:

Previous experience in an administrative, legal support, collections, litigation, or customer service role.
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence dealing with customers and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and case or account management systems.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.On offer:

Salary £27,500 bonus
Permanent / Part Time (20 hours per week) / Hybrid working
