Assistant Management Accountant

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts for a group of international companies
• Reconciling balance sheet accounts across several subsidiaries
• Posting receipts and entering accounts payable data
• Setting up international bank payments
• Preparing bank reconciliations across multiple entities
• Calculating commission payments and supporting with VAT returns
• Supporting with monthly reporting and ensuring packs are up to date
• Working alongside the wider finance team and deputising when needed
• Supporting with payroll and external audits
• Ad hoc reporting and financial admin as required

What we’re looking for:

• AAT qualified (or equivalent experience)
• Comfortable with Excel and confident working with figures
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Experience in payroll or international finance would be an advantage
