About the Job:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an AAT-qualified candidate who is ready to begin or has recently started their CIMA or ACCA studies. As Assistant Management Accountant, you’ll support the month-end process, contribute to financial reporting, and assist with data analysis projects, all while gaining excellent exposure to key business activities.

Duties will include:

• Supporting the production of monthly management accounts
• Assisting with accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Contributing to budgeting and forecasting activities
• Working closely with senior finance colleagues on reporting and analysis
• Analysing financial data and producing reports using Excel and Power BI
• Supporting process improvements and automation projects

About the Successful Applicant:

You will be AAT qualified or have previous experience working in a similar role and either studying or looking to start your CIMA or ACCA qualification. Strong Excel skills are essential, with Power BI experience a welcome bonus. You’ll be keen to learn, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
