Assistant Management Accountant

Our client based in Boroughbridge is looking to appoint an Assistant Management Accountant to join their finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone in the early stages of their finance career who’s looking to build on their foundational knowledge and gain valuable month-end experience in a supportive and collaborative setting.

You’ll be working closely with an experienced and approachable Management Accountant who can provide training on production of management accounts, provided you have some month end expeirence already. 

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting with month-end processes, including accruals and prepayments
  
  
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries
  
  
• Supporting the production and review of management accounts
  
  
• Producing regular and ad-hoc reports for internal use
  
  
• Assisting the purchase and sales ledger teams when required
  
  
• Contributing to cashflow reporting and forecasting
