Keeler Recruitment are working with a reputable business based in the heart of Norwich to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their finance career within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Team fit is important, as you'll be working closely with and reporting directly to the Finance Manager within a small, collaborative, and close-knit team.

The Role:

• Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Assisting and processing payruns
• Preparing monthly journals and supporting general ledger reconciliations
• Assisting in the preparation of management accounts to trial balance
• Supporting VAT returns and audit preparation
• Conducting internal control reviews to support compliance

What We're Looking For:

• AAT qualified or studying ACCA/CIMA
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Good working knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Sage, QuickBooks)
