We’re looking for a confident, detail-focused Assistant Management Accountant to join a dynamic TV production company. You’ll be right in the mix – working across multiple productions, managing budgets and revenue, and collaborating with both finance and production teams.

If you’re part-qualified (ACCA or CIMA) and have worked in TV, media production or broadcast, this is your chance to take a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment. The role touches everything from monthly accounts to royalty income and intercompany reconciliations.

?? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Production cost tracking, month-end journals, accruals, and prepayments
• Reconciling budgets, intercompany accounts, expenses, VAT and payroll
• Preparing individual production accounts and supporting management reporting
• Maintaining the royalty schedule and preparing third-party share statements
• Tracking income milestones, raising invoices and managing cashflow reports
• Supporting the audit process and contributing to process improvements
• Collaborating daily with production managers and finance teams

?? What You’ll Need:

• Part-qualified (ACCA or CIMA) with core accounting knowledge
• Experience in TV, media production, or broadcast finance
• Strong Excel skills – confident using lookups, pivots, sumifs etc.
• Great attention to detail, good time management, and a proactive approach
• Comfortable communicating across finance and non-finance teams
• Able to thrive in a busy, deadline-driven environment
