We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Qualified Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for someone actively studying towards a professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) and looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global industry.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and variance analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across business units
• Perform cost analysis and margin reporting for operational activities
• Reconcile key balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Maintain and improve financial models and reporting tools
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies

Essential:

• Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Experience in the oil & gas or energy sector
• Familiarity with ERP systems - SAP
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in management accounting or financial analysis
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
