Are you an experienced Assistant Management Accountant ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven individual to join our clients finance team.

About the Role

As an integral member of our Finance team, you’ll work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, supporting the delivery of accurate financial information and ensuring the business maintains high standards of compliance, reporting, and analysis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with solid finance experience looking to develop into a more advanced accounting role.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and manage financial data in accounting systems and spreadsheets
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities with accurate reporting
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports
• Post journals, perform bank and ledger reconciliations
• Maintain accurate sales and rebate reporting
• Support audit processes and ensure timely, accurate documentation
• Assist in managing and maintaining the business’s fixed assets
• Help implement and monitor financial controls and process improvements
• Maintain high-quality data and reporting standards in NetSuite
• Provide support to senior accountants and collaborate with internal teams
• Stay informed on changes to financial regulations and ensure compliance

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Well-organised with effective time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (NetSuite experience a plus)
