Assistant Management Accountant

We are exclusively partnered with a fast-growing manufacturing group in South Birmingham that is expanding its finance team. As a result of continued growth, they are now looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career within a supportive, collaborative environment where development and progression are actively encouraged.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the production of monthly management accounts
• Preparing and posting journals, prepayments, and accruals
• Completing balance sheet reconciliations
• Assisting with financial reporting and analysis
• Collaborating closely with the wider finance team to improve processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a similar finance role with exposure to management accounts
• Actively studying towards ACCA or CIMA
• Confident working independently with good attention to detail
• Comfortable working 5 days a week in an office-based role
