• Solid accounting knowledge and experience with reconciliations, management accounts, and analysis
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and time management skills
• Confident communicator with problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (SAP experience an advantage)
• Flexible, proactive, and keen to support continuous improvement
