Above all else, we’re committed to the care and improvement of human life. It’s this guiding vision that influences everything we do at HCA UK. From the CEO to the colleagues on the floor we all have a part to play in delivering exceptional care to our patients. Other’s may think this is just a role in Finance, but to us, you’ll be part of a wider team with a unique sense of purpose, one that helps improve lives on a daily basis.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts

  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations and investigate any variances

  • Work closely with operational teams and senior leaders to support day to day commercial activity

  • Contribute to month end processes and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including analysis and reporting

What you’ll bring:

  • Part qualified ACCA or CIMA, or a strong desire to study with support

  • Previous experience supporting management accounts or in a similar finance role

  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems

  • Excellent attention to detail with a proactive and curious mindset

  • A collaborative approach, with confidence engaging stakeholders at different levels
