This is initially a Bristol based role (alongside our Finance Director and Finance Manager) for the working hours due to the nature of the training contract and the need to hit the ground running. As a company we are fully remote and spread all over, so the role could evolve into this in the future if that is your preference. This isn't for everyone though, and some staff members regularly go into a shared office space a few days a week.
We are an equal opportunities employer and strongly encourage applicants from a diverse range of backgrounds to put their name in the hat. Our fully flexible working arrangements exist to support everyone in the team to achieve that all-important work/life balance. We recognise the challenges faced by working parents as well, and are very supportive.
