Assistant Management Accountant Hybrid

Alexander Daniels are currently recruiting for a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturing business based in Nottingham, who are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Management Accountant to join their dynamic finance team.

Working closely with the Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the production of accurate financial and management information to aid strategic business decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience within a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.

• Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts

• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes

• Posting journals, accruals and prepayments

• Variance analysis and reporting

• Stock and cost accounting support

• Supporting internal and external audits

• Collaborating with operations and wider teams to ensure financial insight

• Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or product-driven environment is desirable

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
