Assistant Management Accountant (Hybrid)

JHE & Partners are delighted to be working exclusively with an extremely successful and profitable business in Bradford who are looking for an assistant management accountant on a permanent basis. The business has experienced exceptional growth and is looking for an ambitious and committed candidate to join them on their next growth phase.

The position is reporting into the finance manager with responsibility focused on management accounts preparation coupled with month-end reporting. The role is working part of a very cohesive team.

Duties include:

• Preparing monthly management accounts for one of the subsidiary businesses within the group
• Producing detailed, month-end reports and feeding back to the business
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Stock reporting and reconciling
• Processing of sales reports and reconciling accordingly
• Consulting with auditors at year-end
• Working closely with both purchase and sales ledger functions

Person specification:

• Part qualified accountant CIMA / ACCA
• Good Excel skills to VLOOKUP / Pivot table standard
• Ambitious looking to join an ever-changing and growing business
• Team player, confident working across all areas of a business
