You'll enjoy working into a central position in a high-performing finance team, bridging the gap between two capable junior team members (who are self-sufficient but benefit from support) and a Financial Controller who isn't protective of his workload but is instead, happy to share his knowledge.

In a small, agile finance function, you'll have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects; as the transactional accounting is already looked after, you'll be privy to the work that the FC does so he is looking for someone he can really put his trust into underpinning his values whilst gaining full exposure into the management accounting.

If you've moved beyond purely transactional work, can pull together a P&L, and understand the shape of a cash flow forecast (without breaking a sweat), you're already ahead of the game.
