Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager | Outdoor & Sports Retail | Up to £40,000 + Bonus

Zachary Daniels are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager to lead the team for an exciting brand in a busy and stunning store!

We are looking for a new Assistant Manager who is passionate about the retail and can bring that energy to their store! You will be creating an exceptional environment for customers to come in and shop, as well as inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service.

Retail Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers
• Managing the store KPI's including P&L, Audit and Customer service
• Keeping the team's technical product knowledge up to date
• Strong brand ambassador at all times

Experience we want in our new Assistant Manager:

• Having a passion for the customer journey, this will be a massive advantage for this role
• Retail experience at either Supervisor, Department Manager, Concession Manager or Assistant Manager level in the fashion our sports retail or lifestyle sector is preferred
• Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve their current store performance
• Has a track record of driving sales and performance.
