Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in driving store performance and hitting sales targets

• Motivate, coach, and develop the team to deliver top-tier customer service

• Take ownership of day-to-day operations including stock management and visual merchandising

• Maintain high standards of store presentation and compliance

• Help with recruitment, training, and developing new starters

• Step up and lead the store when needed, especially during peak trading periods

About You:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader in retail

• Strong people skills with a passion for leading and developing others

• Proactive and commercially minded-you're always looking to improve performance

• Organised and adaptable with great time-management skills
