Job Title: Assistant Manager - Furniture Retail

Salary: £38,000   + commission, OTE £45,000 - £60,000

Location: Lincoln

Assistant Manager Position Overview: Seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll lead a team, maintain store standards, and assist customers in finding their perfect pieces.

Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Support Store Manager in daily operations, sales, and customer service.
• Lead and motivate sales team to achieve targets.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
• Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces.
• Handle customer inquiries and issues professionally.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail management experience, preferably in furniture.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for interior design and sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
