Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Manager:

• Support the Store Manager in leading daily retail operations
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure Customer Service Excellence
• Drive sales through motivation, coaching, and team engagement
• Help manage stock levels, VM standards, and store presentationContribute to the recruitment, training, and development of the team
• Monitor store KPIs and assist with P&L Responsibility
• Champion brand values and maintain high standards at all times

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Retail Manager
• A strong background in premium or luxury retail
