Assistant Manager | High Service Environment | £30,000 - £32,000

We are currently recruiting for a great retailer who are focused on service, the customer experience and ensuring everyone has a great visit every time! The role of an Assistant Manager is fantastic - you will manage people, coach colleagues, deliver standards and have the flexibility and freedom to style you store how you want it to look.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the store; you will have your finger on the pulse across all areas and be focused on service and standards. As an Assistant Manager you will be strong operationally, put customers at the heart of what you do and deliver exceptional results. You will be able to drive sales, have high visual merchandising standards and ensure the area is attractive and appealing at all times.

As the Assistant Manager you will work closely with your team to develop a strong relationship and set the standards in your store. You will have responsibility for creating a well merchandised store with high visual standards.

The Successful Assistant Manager will need:

• A background within a service focused retail store
• Proven experience of leading large teams
• Ideally experience of multi-product or department stores
• High standards with everything you do
• High levels of motivational ability to inspire your teams
• Strong track record of delivering results in a complex operational role
