With a brand-new store opening at York Designer Outlet, we're looking for an ambitious Assistant Manager to support the launch and help build a brilliant team from day one.

As Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to help lead a successful store opening. You'll play a key role in team recruitment, training, and day-to-day operations. With a strong customer focus and a hands-on leadership style, you'll set the tone on the shop floor and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store setup and operations

• Help recruit, onboard, and train a brand-new retail team

• Deliver excellent customer service and drive a positive in-store experience

• Maintain high visual and operational standards

• Contribute to achieving store KPIs and driving commercial success

• Motivate and lead by example on the shop floor

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or strong Supervisor in fashion or lifestyle retail

• A natural leader who thrives in busy, hands-on environments

• Passionate about people development and customer experience

• Commercial awareness and a love for visual merchandising
