What you'll be doing:

As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in all aspects of running a fast-paced, high-performing fashion retail store. You'll lead by example, inspire your team, and help create a welcoming and stylish environment for every customer.

• Support the Store Manager in coaching and developing the team

• Help drive sales and achieve store targets through exceptional service

• Take ownership of stock management, deliveries, and visual merchandising

• Ensure the shop floor is commercial, on-brand, and customer-focused

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team training

• Lead from the front, being a visible presence and role model on the floor

• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture

• Experience as an Assistant Manager or senior Supervisor in a fashion retail environment

• A strong sense of style and an eye for visual merchandising
