As Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily retail operations. From leading a team to delivering outstanding service, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the store meets its sales and service goals.

• Support all operational aspects of the retail store

• Drive team performance to achieve sales and KPI targets

• Deliver excellent customer service across all areas of the store

• Lead and motivate the team through training, coaching, and support

• Maintain high visual merchandising and stock presentation standards

• Ensure compliance with company policies, audits, and procedures

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new retail team members
