As Assistant Manager, you'll take full responsibility for your fashion department's performance. You'll lead a team of passionate retail colleagues, drive sales, deliver outstanding service, and ensure operational excellence. You'll also help shape the customer experience and make the most of commercial opportunities.

• Lead day-to-day retail operations, ensuring a smooth, high-performing store

• Deliver a brilliant customer experience through service and store standards

• Inspire, develop, and coach your team to meet and exceed KPIs

• Use data and commercial insight to maximise sales and performance

• Manage stock levels, visual merchandising, and compliance standards

• Support recruitment, training and retention of retail staff

• Report regularly to area management and head office on store performance

• Experience as a Assistant Manager or Department Manager in a fashion or lifestyle retail setting

• A natural leader who motivates, coaches and builds strong teams

• Commercially focused and comfortable managing KPIs and store budgets

• Strong visual and operational retail standards

• Passion for fashion and excellent customer service
