Your responsibilities as Assistant Manager:

• Lead the team to deliver brilliant service across all areas of the retail store
• Support the Store Manager with daily operations, stock, and back-of-house
• Motivate and coach the team to achieve KPIs and hit sales targets
• Take ownership of recruitment, training, and development of your team
• Deliver strong visual merchandising and uphold brand presentation standards
• Step up when the Store Manager is away - you'll be confident taking full responsibility
• Bring positive energy, clear communication, and a hands-on approach every day

Who you are:

• Experienced Assistant Manager, Floor Manager or Department Manager in a fast-moving retail setting
• Proven leadership skills with a passion for developing others
• Strong commercial understanding with experience managing KPIs and P&L
• Enthusiastic about delivering amazing customer experiences in a fashion-led retail environment
• Confident, positive, and able to lead by example
