Assistant Manager | Manchester | Up to £31,000 OTE

Zachary Daniels is recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join a well-known retail brand in Manchester City centre. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within a dynamic fashion retailer, supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily running of the store, driving sales, and leading a motivated team to deliver outstanding customer service. You will take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs), support staff development, and ensure a high level of operational efficiency.

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staff management, stock control, and sales performance
• Lead by example to ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered
• Train, develop, and motivate the team, providing coaching and career progression opportunities
• Monitor store performance, analyse sales trends, and implement strategies to drive revenue
• Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve company objectives and maintain high standards
• Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and senior management

• Previous retail experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Floor Manager.
• A strong understanding of KPIs and experience in driving store performance
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team
• A track record of delivering excellent customer service
• Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
