We're looking for a passionate and commercially focused Assistant Manager to help lead our Derry store to continued success. You'll be part of a business that values its people, rewards performance, and offers real opportunities to grow.

As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in all aspects of running the store - from delivering outstanding customer service to driving commercial performance and leading a high-performing team. You'll be hands-on, energetic, and always looking for ways to improve and inspire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Motivate, coach, and support the team to deliver against targets

• Deliver an exceptional in-store experience for every customer

• Take responsibility for daily operations, stock, and visual standards

• Lead by example, setting the pace and standard on the shop floor

• Support recruitment, training, and ongoing development of your team

To be successful as an Assistant Manager, you'll need:

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader in a retail environment

• Strong people skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire

• A passion for customer service and a drive to exceed expectations

• Great commercial awareness and a results-driven approach

• Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
