The Opportunity

As Deputy/Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to run busy, high-performing departments within Heathrow. You'll set the tone on the shop floor, keep operations tight behind the scenes, and develop a team that's proud to deliver for customers every day.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach and inspire a diverse retail team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Drive KPIs: sales, conversion, ATV/UPT, shrink, mystery shop and productivity
• Own day-to-day operations: rotas/scheduling, opening/closing, cash handling, delivery processing, stock counts and availability
• Maintain excellent merchandising/VM and store standards
• Recruit, onboard and develop colleagues; deliver performance reviews and on-the-job coaching

What You'll Bring

• Background as Deputy Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Senior Supervisor/Team Leader, or a Store Manager seeking a step across
• Hands-on, customer-first leadership style with strong communication and coaching skills
• Commercially sharp and data-driven; calm and organised in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable with 12-hour shifts within a 3 or 4-day working pattern (alternate weekends off)
