Assistant Manager duties:-

Work closely with the General Manager
Ensure your customers and your staff are looked after extremely well within the busy, fast paced and high volume establishment
Along side the General Manager, training and develop your team
Opening and closing
Stock control
Planning rota's
Ensuring the restaurant and staff adhere to company policies and H&S / F&H regulations

Assistant Manager requirements:-

Previous experience as an Assistant Manager within a high volume food and beverage restaurant
Have a strong management and customer focused background
Love people whether customers or staff
Have a positive and happy attitude
Be dynamic and hands on
Have the ability to work under pressure whilst being a brilliant motivator and inspiring your team within a professional but fun environment
