Flesh and Buns is a Japanese restaurant based in Fitzrovia, we are on the lookout for amazing Assistant Managers!

You will have worked in a similar role within a high volume fresh food restaurant and experienced in managing a large team. You will be honest, kind and always have one eye on the goal.

Assistant Manager Role:

• People: Recruitment, employee relations, and Training & Development. Ensuring the team is motivated & engaged
• Ensure all employees adhere to company policies in all aspects
• Dealing with all aspects of service – maintaining BD service standards and dealing with any customer complaints/queries

Due to the nature of the business, you will be required to work 5 days, split over 7 shifts, including daytimes, evenings and weekends.
