 Hiring: Assistant Manager – Neurological Care

Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum

We’re recruiting for an experienced Assistant Manager to join a specialist neurological care service supporting adults with brain injuries and complex neurological conditions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded rehabilitation service, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care and rehabilitation.

In this role, you will:

Support the day-to-day management of a specialist neurological care service
Lead, mentor, and supervise care teams to deliver exceptional person-centred care
Assist with staff recruitment, induction, supervision, and performance reviews
Support budget management, workforce planning, and rota coordination
Work closely with clinicians, families, and local authorities to deliver outstanding outcomes
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards
Participate in the on-call rota and support the Registered Manager with operational leadership
